In the world of fast communication and high technology, paper remains a vital communication tool. Many large corporate companies invest a significant budget on printed marketing material; such as brochures, direct marketing pieces, inserts and envelopes.
Generally the end user will rely on the printer and/or the design agency to specify and procure the paper consumed in the production of this material. This results in a fragmented purchasing approach, which does not utilise the buying power of the end user or deliver any consistency to the finished product.
More often the aesthetic and environmental qualities of paper say as much about the organisation as the text. Paper deserves consideration and smart procurement recognises the impact correct choice has on the cost and influence of the communication.
The Antalis McNaughton Paper Management Concept seeks to assist the end user in controlling the ‘indirect’ supply of paper, reduce the cost of the paper by offering a pricing structure based on total annual usage and deliver an approved and consistent grade to the printer.
Antalis McNaughton Solutions manage significant paper management contracts on behalf of our large corporate clients, including major banks, telecoms, insurance and pharmaceutical companies. In all cases we have responsibility for the management and delivery of coated and uncoated papers used for marketing print.
