You can phone or fax us, you can email any member of our customer service support directly, and you can place orders straight into the Antalis McNaughton system via various e-commerce links. Also, ask about our fax-back system - simply phone or fax us and we'll confirm your order within seconds to your fax machine.
Product range
One of the advantages for our customers, is our wide choice of products that cover the complete quality spectrum. We can of course help you source your normal day to day paper and office products, but when you need something different and want advice let us know - we have professional product specialists who can help you with sourcing all sorts of papers, synthetics and envelopes and because we operate right across Europe, we can provide the same solution throughout your organisation if needed.
Deliveries
This is at the heart of what we do – getting the goods to you, our customer, is key to our service. We have invested heavily in ‘state of the art’ warehouse and distribution services including the very latest in Vehicle Management Systems – by using satellite technology and hand-held scanning equipment to confirm receipt of goods. Antalis McNaughton now has real-time vehicle location information providing our customers with accurate delivery schedules and the most efficient management of our vehicle fleet. With this, and other investments, Antalis McNaughton now achieves extremely high levels of accuracy throughout our picking and distribution systems ensuring that when you order from Antalis McNaughton you can be sure you’ll get exactly what you wanted, delivered to your premises on time, and in good condition. We’re also now offering more flexibility in the times of our deliveries – ask about our same day services and night time deliveries to see if these might suit you.

At Antalis McNaughton we are driven to providing products that are growing in demand, with leading brand names as well as customer own label and low cost quality products. We pass on to our customers the benefits of our European purchasing scale and low cost supply chain. We know that our customers need a partner with operational excellence and the sincere ability to keep costs down whilst meeting the service requirements demanded by our customers. However, pricing products at this level attract variables that may fluctuate throughout the year; so we haven’t included the prices in The Big Book.
